3. Shipping Charges

PlanetFone ships free with a four-business day advance order.

We do not ship for delivery on Saturday or Sunday unless it is requested; additional charges will apply.

PlanetFone sends a Federal Express return-shipping package with the delivery of the mobile phone and equipment this will have our pre-paid air bill attached.

Return Shipping Charges are $20.00

IMPORTANT: Shipping charges are quoted for the USA only; all other countries including Canada will vary. Please call for shipping rates to these countries.

Please allow additional time for shipping to countries outside of the USA.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable foreign taxes, in some countries, are additional.

4. Optional Insurance Charges

Rates have been reduced as of February 01, 2009

Regular Insurance: $0.99 per day. There is a deductible of $75.00 if the phone is lost, stolen or damaged.

Premium Insurance: $1.99 per day. There is no deductible for lost, stolen or damaged phones.

Credit Card Authorization:

PlanetFone will take an authorization from your credit card. This is not a deposit, but only a hold on the funds, lasting between 24-72 hours depending on the issuing bank. PlanetFone maintains the right to charge and reauthorize your credit card each time your account balance reaches the authorization amount of $300.00.

Mobile to Mobile calls: (PlanetFone mobile numbers)

Dialing mobile phone will be calling a UK country code (international call) receiving mobile phone will incur an incoming call cost. Incoming calls in the UK are free.

Voice mail retrieval charges:

Retrieval of messages left in your Voicemail will be charged at the standard outgoing international call rate.
